Circus Ambigrams 1: Chinese Pole

Hopefully a first in a series. There's a lot of strength required in Chinese pole, particular for the move in the silhouette here, but much of it is also careful positioning of the body for maximum friction and resistance. You too could climb a pole and sit halfway up it with a good pair of jeans.
